Spent a long Easter weekend with my daughter in Kettel On (Watchman's Cabins). We lovingly named our golf cart Kettle One and soon all the staff were referring to it as such. From the moment of arrival I knew it was something special; the staff knew you on sight, your itinerary, experiences booked, and dining preferences. My daughter is gluten free and from day 1 was presented with her own personal menu. The guided hikes, spa treatments, and unique wellness options (we did soundbathing, labyrinth experience, and crystal reiki among others) were the best we've ever experienced. Our cabin was supremely luxurious while resonating in simplicity. The staff by far is the best anywhere; US, Europe or Asia. Will happily return!

My family and I have stayed at Blackberry Mountain for 3 years in a row now and love it! This year, a few details in service fell by the way side, but overall, it was a great stay again. There is lots of construction going on, and the noise on Thursday and Friday was not pleasant. Perhaps a warning would have been appropriate , along with some complimentary gestures for the inconvenience. After all, we left the city for the peace and quiet and were met by the construction. We also have concerns that the spacious feel will diminish and begin to feel overcrowded with all the additional construction happening. Otherwise, the food was spectacular with plenty of gluten-free options if you have celiac. The views are amazing and al the staff is super friendly, helpful and happy . Love it!

Fantastic meal and service, beautiful property. Enjoyed every minute I was there! Terrific wine list too. It was even better the 2nd time. The tree house was incredible, so nice and relaxing. Beautiful but with every comfort

My now husband and I drove to Blackberry Mountain from Nashville (wedding location) to spend the first part of our honeymoon. We originally wanted to stay at Blackberry Farms, the sister lodging, but it was all booked by the time we sat down to reserve things. This is how we ended up coming across Blackberry Mountain Resort. While everything here was SPECTACULAR- despite the endless rain- we were blown away by the service. This is definitely a pricey experience, but worth every dime. Each staff member is super friendly and waiting to help you- it’s almost as if all of their duties overlap haha for example our waiter at the restaurant would contact the front desk for us to then have an employee go up to our cabin before we got home from dinner, to have a fire and s’mores kit ready. Another example would have to be the pottery class instructor- he went above and beyond to encourage us and was super patient. And on a last note- for each meal (all inclusive stay) my husband and I shamelessly ordered one of each appetizer, entree, AND dessert hahaha I mean, if I had worked there, I would be judging us lol needless to say, we will definitely be coming back. And for those who have read this far, this part one location of our honey blew the next locations service out of the water… hint- located in SW Virginia.

Upscale mountain top retreat with exceptional views and service. We didn't stay the night, only having dinner at their restaurant called Three Sisters. Service was impeccable as was the food. They also have a well stocked bar with several hard to find liquors. Definitely worth the splurge!

My spouse and I had a wonderful experience here. Lots of activities that connect you to the nature. We came from out of town, so having hike guides - onsite and offsite - were very helpful. Helped us truly enjoy and embrace Tennessee. Dining is very important to us, so a few things: - Great food with fresh ingredients. I liked how they didn’t over-do the sauces and managed to create dishes that are very flavorful. They tried to stick to their local ingredients concepts, which I really loved. - Attentive bartenders and sommeliers - kudos to Hallie and Bridget who were really good at recommending the best options. - Great cocktails and wine list. Overall very attentive and respectful staff.

We had an unbelievable experience. The attention to detail and customer service focused staff is amazing. I would highly recommend a private trail run with Adam. The food and cocktails were delicious.
